can forward calls to either internal extension or an external number
3 types of Call Forwarding
1-Forward All
2-No Answer forwards your call after a certain about of rings
3-Busy: forwards a call when you are on another call
press the setting key on the phone
select 3-user preferences
select 1-call preferences
select call forwarding
change the call forwarding option to ON
in the desired option put the extension you will be transferring your calls to
then press the set button
To turn off call forwarding follow the above steps but change the call forwarding option to OFF
