Set up Pin
press the voicemail button on your phone
You will hear a voice asking to input your pin
Input the default pin (call the Helpdesk if you do not know it)
you will then be asked to create your own pin
Here are the requirement to creating your own pin
The pass-code must be between 6 and 30 digits.
Cannot contain 5 or more repeated digits.
Cannot be repeated patterns.
Cannot contain consecutive 4 digits in a row.
Cannot contain any part of your phone number or extension.
Once you have created your pin, you will be asked to set up your voicemail
your voice mail must include:
Lanier Technical College
Your Full Name
Ask person to leave a message
Ex: Hello, You have reached Marsha Black, Technical Support Training Specialist at Lanier Technical College. Sorry I am unable to answer the phone at this time. Please leave me a message and I will return your call at my earliest convenience.
